Dear Members,
If you were able to attend the March meeting, I hope you had a great time. I personally enjoyed revisiting my company’s talking logo presented by one of our members, Monica Santiago. As most of you have found out, it is a continuous work in progress.
In my opening address to the group, I read to them a short story by Bob Proctor. It is called “Believe and Succeed”. The key point I was trying to bring across, since it was in line with my theme for this year, is for individuals to re-evaluate themselves. There is a sleeping giant in you. Release it.
Believe in yourself – let’s make it happen!
I would like to wish all of you a wonderful month, Happy Easter, and I look forward to welcome you all at our April meeting on the 14th!

- Apartment size furniture: loveseats, rocking chairs, coffee tables, bookcases, nightstands, kitchen tables and chairs
- Single beds: bed frames, box springs, mattresses, sheets, pillowcases, and blankets

A few of us here at Savoir Faire have been reading the book, Duct Tape Marketing by John Jantsch. If you have not heard or read of this book before, it is a very helpful tool for any business owner, and especially important for those of us who are small business owners. It is a step by step approach to deciding what your marketing message is to implementing a complete marketing program. I was at my peer group meeting yesterday and one of the other business owners announced her “Talking Logo” that was formulated “à la duct tape”, as I call it (Making directors and corporate secretaries fabulously effective).
