With all the talk about social media marketing using Facebook and Twitter, LinkedIn is often pushed to the sidelines. But LinkedIn can be one of the most effective tools for B2B (business-to-business) marketing.

Here are some tips on using LinkedIn effectively:

Complete Your Profile

This should be self-evident, but sparse LinkedIn profiles are more common than not. LinkedIn tells you how complete your profile is -- so keep going until you've reached 100%. Make sure you add links, work history, education, and a very descriptive summary. Rather than a resume, think of it as a sales sheet that potential clients can read about you and your experience.

One of the hallmark signs that you are developing insulin resistant is not only an expanding waist size, but also a resistance to weight loss – no matter how much you diet & exercise.

When you have underlying insulin resistance, you hold onto fat like a sponge holds onto water.  Medical studies are now showing us that nearly 25% of the adult population & many of our children have already developed full-blown insulin resistance or “metabolic syndrome”. What is even more concerning is the fact that another 25% of the population is on their way to developing this problem.
